Steve has extensive experience, with over 40 years in real estate investments. His expertise in real estate investment is a critical factor in assuring favorable rates of return for clients of PRS Properties.
Steve obtained a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles. He is active in the multifamily community, owning and operating his own small apartment units.
